Dalight Connections Care is a homecare, respite and activity service based in London. We are dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centred care and support, companionship, activities and entertainment to the elderly, and adults living with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, Asperger's and related disabilities.

With our personalized, attentive and active engagement approach to meeting individual needs, we take pride in promoting independence, health and wellbeing, supporting to retain and develop skills, and also effectively fostering community access, fun and social connections.

High-quality person-centred care and support delivered in the comfort of your home or in your very own super-comfy and homey temporary accommodation (we will arrange for you). From a couple of hours to as long as you need.

This is a subscription service for weekly well-being calls for a chat, prompts, or a simple check-in. Connect with someone as and when you want or need. Interesting and compassionate friends are just a phone call away.
Our fun and actively engaging day opportunity programme with a focus on community access. Our programme supports you to participate in your local community, explore interesting locations in London, socialise, have some fun and make new friends. It supports you to learn new skills and improve on existing ones whilst promoting confidence to live more independently.

About Our Staff
Our companions and carers are not picked at random or based on proximity to you but rather based on their merit, our relationship with them, their interests, skills, and experience. You will receive dedicated support from trusted and friendly companions and carers who will be matched to you based on your needs, interests, and personality.
Our Approach to Active, Compassionate Engagement
At Dalight Connections Care, we do more than just check in, 'deliver care', and facilitate activities - we connect, we engage, and make every interaction meaningful. Our professional team members are vetted and trained to be more than just companions and carers; they are your well-being and activity champions - keeping you safe, promoting your independence, encouraging you to explore new things, enjoy your favourite pastimes, and participate fully in life.
How It Works
We connect and match you with the right team member. They are thoroughly trained and vetted (we perform background checks, including references and DBS checks). They are interviewed and assessed to ensure their suitability, competence, qualifications and experience.
Step 1: Initial Call. Contact Us to discuss what you or your loved ones are looking for and how Dalight Connections Care may be of service. We will arrange a face-to-face or virtual meeting.
Step 2: Initial Assessment. At a convenient time for you, we will contact you virtually or visit you in the comfort of your home to assess your needs and suitability of service.
Step 3: Your Carer/Support worker/Companion. Team members are not picked at random, they are matched to suit you based on your needs, interests, and personality
Step 4: Support. We contact you regularly and provide you and your loved ones ongoing support
